The second clip = from a workshop "realistic contact sparring" which I gave with the focus on knife attacks patterns + possible defenses.

One of the exercises in understanding knife attack patterns and the difficulty to defend yourself against it = to simple kill each other with a training kitchen knife. People ask, how can I attack - my answer everything that kills him/her.

As an example, I "killed" different people using this instinctive attack pattern when I was close. No difficult knife combinations.
