I will explain 3 simple ways how to escape a stopping attempt from carjackers. Important is the awareness of the weapons they use. There is a certain danger zone where the gun is more dangerous.

A carjacker wants your car...and, not every carjacker will shoot, but there are examples were carjackers successfully shot their victim while he/she was driving. A moving target is more difficult to hit (depending on their angle/distance), but speed is important.
